Privacy Policy

Overview
Off Market ("we", "us") helps executives and other high-visibility individuals remove their personal information from data brokers, people-search sites and the open web. Privacy is the product. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and what we do not do.
It covers two things: your use of this website, and the information you provide if you engage us for services.
This website
What we do not collect
- We set no cookies and use no local storage.
- We run no analytics, tracking pixels, session recording or advertising scripts.
- We load no fonts, scripts, images or other resources from third-party servers. Everything on this site is served from our own domain.
- We send no referrer information to other sites when you follow a link.
Hosting logs
Like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider whose infrastructure may generate standard server logs (for example, IP address, requested page, browser type and time of request) for security and reliability purposes. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors, and we do not combine them with any other data.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include: your email address, your name if you provide it, and the contents of your message. We use this solely to respond to you and, if you proceed, to begin an engagement. We do not add you to marketing lists. If you decide not to proceed, we delete the correspondence within a reasonable period.
Client engagements
What we collect
To find and remove your records we need enough information to identify them reliably. Depending on scope this typically includes:
- Current and former names, including maiden names and aliases
- Current and former addresses
- Phone numbers and email addresses
- Date of birth or age range
- Names and similar details for household members you ask us to cover
- A signed authorization permitting us to act as your agent
We never ask for passwords, account credentials or access to your devices or accounts.
How we use it
- To locate your records across data brokers, people-search sites, aggregators and search results
- To submit, track and escalate removal and opt-out requests on your behalf
- To monitor for reappearance and remove again
- To report to you on what was found and removed
Who we share it with
Submitting a removal request necessarily involves disclosing identifying details to the operator holding the record so they can locate and delete it. We disclose the minimum required for each request and nothing more. We do not sell, rent or trade client information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
We may use carefully selected service providers (for example, encrypted email or document storage) who process information only on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or valid legal process; where lawful, we will tell you first.
Confidentiality
We do not publish a client list, case studies or testimonials that identify clients. We sign your non-disclosure agreement before an engagement begins where you require one.
Retention and deletion
We keep engagement information only for as long as needed to perform the services. When an engagement ends, we delete the information we hold about you within thirty days, except where a short retention period is required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. On request, we will confirm deletion in writing.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls limiting information to the people working on your file, and no shared client portal. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we design our processes to hold as little as possible for as short a time as possible.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise any of these at any time by contacting us. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and, in any case, promptly.
Children
Our services are for adults. Where a client asks us to cover a minor household member, we process that information only on the instruction of a parent or guardian and only to the extent required to remove the child's details from the sources in scope.
International visitors
This website and our services are operated from the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, the information you send will be processed in the United States.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
